COMPANY INTRODUCTION
BENE Trade was founded in Vsetín, Czech Republic in 1996 as a small sized company providing engineering support and deliveries with maximal flexibility and reliability of Customer service.
We provide projects, supporting design works and supplies of castings, forgings, weldments, assembly units, lubricate and hydraulic aggregates mainly for shipbuilding and energy sector, including deliveries of spare parts.
The deliveries are provided in cooperation with our Czech and also foreign partners. Among the most important companies belong Šmeral Brno a.s., PILSEN STEEL s.r.o. and ŽĎAS, a.s. with which we have signed cooperation and representation agreements (Certificates of Authorisation).

MONETA Money Bank is a leading retail and expanding SME bank in the Czech Republic. The Company was listed on the Prague Stock Exchange in May 2016 following its separation from GE Capital.
The Company has a well-established position in Czech consumer finance and a growing position in SME lending. It is regulated by the Czech National Bank, holds a universal banking licence and provides a range of retail and SME-focused financial products and services. The Bank is headquartered in Prague, with a shared services centre in Ostrava and MONETA Leasing headquarters in Brno.
The Bank operates through a well dispersed network nationwide in the Czech Republic, comprising of 230 branches and 632 ATMs, through alternative distribution channels; such as internet and mobile banking, call centre, almost 1,300 auto dealers, dozens of brokers and more than 4,000 leasing partners (as at 31 December 2016). As of the same date, the Group served approximately 1,064,000 retail and commercial customers, equating to approximately 10% of the Czech population.
The Group has two primary divisions: retail and commercial. These divisions are differentiated by their product and service offerings, as well as by type of sales channels and clients service.
The commercial division served over 93,000 customers and comprised CZK 57.3 billion net receivables in total as at 31 December 2016.
The key products in the commercial division are as follows:
- Deposit products: current accounts, savings accounts and term deposits;
- Lending products: term loans (including real estate loans), operating financing loans and leasing products; and
- Other complementary products such as domestic and foreign payments, insurance, treasury and trade finance products.
TECHNOLOGICAL CAPACITIES
On customer requirements we are able to ensure castings, forgings, weldments and other engineering parts.
Castings are delivered partly from commonly used materials such as e.g. gray cast iron, spheroidal graphite cast iron, carbon cast steels and partly also from low- and high-alloyed cast steels, stainless steel, bronze, brass etc.
BENE Trade also supplies centrifugally casted castings from carbon, alloy and stainless steels, cooper based alloys and castings from Bi-metallic materials.
Forgings, weldments and other engineering parts are produced from carbon steels, alloyed steels, stainless steels and also from special materials.
Products can be delivered with basic heat treatments - annealing, quenching and hardening and also with thermo-chemical treatment or with special methods of thermal treatments such as e.g. induction hardening, laser hardening, vacuum hardening, etc.
BENE Trade provides also production of sliding bearing’s parts with layer of white metal (lead-based or tin-based alloys).
Depending on customer requirements we can offer for all materials following certificates, protocols and reports:
- Chemical analysis and mechanical properties, testing of surface hardness
- Non-destructive-tests (NDT): Ultrasonic test, Penetration tests, Magnetic particle test, x-Ray test
- Metalography
- Dimensional measurement
All products can be delivered in rough machined or final machined state and also as completely assembled units or sets. Our possibilities for machining and assembly works are as follows:

The data in the table are indicative only; technology will be solved individually for each customer demand.
We are able to propose the complete production technology according to customer requirements or his design documentation. The matter of course is transport of products to the customer site, including oversized cargo.

Depending on customer requirements and on the type of product we can offer its acceptance according to EN 10204-3.1 or acceptance by the following certification societies according to EN 10204-3.2: Bureau Veritas, Lloyd’s Register of Shipping, Det Norske Veritas, Germanischer Lloyd, RINA, RMRS, American Bureau of Shipping, TÜV SÜD Industrie Service.
